Returns & Exchanges
We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your artwork! That's why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee policy. If you receive your painting and do not like the quality of the physical product for any reason, you may return it within 45 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. There is no charge for the return and replacement of the painting. The customer shall be responsible for only the return shipping.
Refund or Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team within 45 days of receiving your order by email, stating the items you want to return and providing the reason.
- Upon receipt of our return instructions, please return the item in its original packaging.
- Send the package back to our customer service address.
- We will process the return within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once the refund is sent, you will receive a confirmation email.
Conditions of Return
- You have 45 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or replace the item, please contact us within 45 days after delivery.
- We do not accept returns that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
